CANCELLATION POLICY

For any cancellation received at least 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, a refund of the deposit will be made minus a $25 cancellation fee.

For any cancellation received less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, there are no refunds.

Guest is responsible for entire time period booked.

There are no refunds for late arrival, or early departure.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT POLICY

A deposit of $200 is required at time of Reservation. Security deposit will be refunded after checkout, minus checkout fee and any other charges incurred by guest during stay.

A payment of $200 is required at least 30 days prior to arrival.

Final balance due on arrival.

All units are non smoking.  Smoking is permitted outside.  Cleaning charge of $200 for smoking inside unit.
